Common questions
What counts as a reply?
A reply is any message your workspace sends to a Facebook or Instagram comment, whether drafted by AI and approved by a moderator, or sent automatically. Internal notes and dismissals don't count. Each workspace has its own monthly reply allowance, and it resets on the 1st.
What happens if I hit my reply limit?
Sending pauses for the rest of the month and we'll prompt you to upgrade. Comments still arrive and the AI still drafts replies; they just wait for you to upgrade or for the limit to reset on the 1st. Nothing is lost.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or change billing interval any time from billing settings. Your plan is account-wide and covers every workspace you own. Stripe prorates upgrades immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Do you offer a free trial of Pro?
Every new account gets a 14-day Pro trial automatically: Reply Auto mode, higher limits, the works. No credit card required to start; we'll remind you before it ends, and you drop to Free if you don't subscribe.
Is ReplyAuto AI safe?
Reply Auto mode (Pro and above) only fires when the AI draft passes your safety rules and our escalation router clears it. Complaints, refund requests, and anything that wants a human are held for review automatically. You can see every auto-sent reply in the audit log and delete it.
How do you handle our data?
We store the bare minimum needed to draft a reply: post text, comment text, and the brand context you've connected. We don't train models on your data, and you can export or delete everything from settings.
