Your accounts and data, handled with care.
ReplyAuto AI connects to your social accounts and store, so we treat that access seriously — encryption, isolation, least-privilege, and a full audit trail come standard.
Security built into the product
Encrypted in transit & at rest
Traffic uses TLS, and sensitive credentials like your social tokens are encrypted at rest — not stored in plaintext.
Workspace isolation
Data is scoped per workspace at the database layer. Members of one workspace can't read another's.
Roles, not shared logins
Owners connect accounts; moderators inherit access to reply. You never share platform passwords.
Full audit trail
Every send, edit, connection, and auto-post is logged with the actor and timestamp.
No training on your data
Your content is used only to draft your replies — never to train AI models or shared across workspaces.
Disconnect anytime
Revoke a connection or delete your workspace's data whenever you want, from settings.
Common questions
Do you train AI on our content?
No. The comments, posts, and brand context you connect are used solely to draft your workspace's replies. They aren't used to train models or shared with other workspaces.
How is access to our social accounts protected?
Sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest, access is scoped per workspace, and owners — not shared logins — control which accounts are connected. You can disconnect at any time.
Are you SOC 2 certified?
We're working through SOC 2 Type II and will publish our report when it's ready. In the meantime, the practices on this page and in our privacy policy describe how we handle data today.
